Tournament Ceremonial Information
The opening ceremony is planned quite short.
Some welcome words will be said by Edgars Šneps, an ex-basketball player (64 games played for the Latvian national team), but now - the Deputy of State Secretary at Ministry of Education in Sports questions (sport in Latvia is taken care of by the Ministry of Education, so informally he is called " the Minister of Sport"); Vladimir Kraus, the President of International THF and Romans Blūmentāls, the President of Latvian THF.
The entertainment part of the opening will be covered by a guitar player Viče Almana.
The closing ceremony will include not only the award ceremony of our new European Champions, but also a performance by the group "Camillas" and a banquet for all participants.
